Every listing includes detailed specifications, high-quality photos, and the seller's location. You can also save listings to your dashboard for easy comparison later.
Yes. Every listing goes through a manual review process before it appears on the platform. Our team checks the accuracy of specifications, pricing, and photos. Additionally, all sellers must complete KYC verification (PAN for private sellers, PAN + GST for dealers) before they can list vehicles.
On any car detail page, you'll find three ways to reach the seller: Send an Enquiry (a message through our platform), Call (direct phone), or WhatsApp (instant message). You need a free Vahana account to send enquiries. The seller receives a notification immediately and can respond directly.
Absolutely free. Creating a buyer account costs nothing and gives you full access to browse listings, save your favourites, send enquiries, and manage everything from your personal dashboard. There are no hidden fees or premium tiers required for buyers.
First, create a free account and then upgrade to a seller profile from the Sell page. You'll need to verify your PAN (dealers also need GST). Once verified, go to Add Listing in your seller dashboard, fill in your car's details, upload photos, set your price, and submit for review. Our team approves listings within 24 hours.
Listing your car on Vahana is completely free for the first 6 months of our launch. We're building India's premier luxury car marketplace and want early sellers to benefit from zero listing fees. After the introductory period, competitive pricing plans will be announced — early sellers will receive special founder pricing.
It depends on your seller type. Private sellers need a valid PAN card number for identity verification. Dealers need PAN, GST number, and business name. The verification is instant — you enter your details, our system validates the format, and your account is approved. No document uploads required at this stage.
Most listings are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of submission. Our team checks that the details are accurate, photos are genuine, and pricing is reasonable. You'll receive a notification once your listing is approved (or if any changes are needed). You can track the status anytime from your seller dashboard.

We connect verified sellers of premium vehicles — BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and more — with discerning buyers across the country. Every listing is reviewed, every seller is verified, and the entire experience is designed for the luxury segment.
Currently, Vahana is a marketplace and connection platform. We help you find the right car and connect with the seller, but the transaction (payment, paperwork, and ownership transfer) happens directly between buyer and seller. We recommend meeting in person, inspecting the vehicle thoroughly, and using secure payment methods for any transaction.
On any car detail page, you'll find a "Report Listing" button. Select a reason (fake listing, wrong price, stolen photos, etc.), add optional details, and submit. All reports are confidential and reviewed by our team within 24 hours. You'll receive a reference code to track your report. We take marketplace safety very seriously.
Vahana is available across India. Sellers from any city can list their vehicles, and buyers can browse listings nationwide. Currently, most of our listings are concentrated in major metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, but we're growing rapidly. You can filter by city on the Browse Cars page to find vehicles near you.
